Headlight Malfunction

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My headlights all of a sudden stopped working.  All of the other lights function normally (parking, high beam "brights," reverse, etc.).  Could this be a fuse issue or an electrical issue?  Any suggestions are welcome.

Go to: http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=41175........scroll down until you see "'99 S70 Volvo.pdf" in blue. Click on that and it will download a picture of the relays/.solenoids/.fuses
