why wont my volvo start even tho its turning over?

everytime i turn the key it will keep turning

well no fuel/elecr, fire or compression.....tell us mor...abot 100 words woud help.

i had a simular problem and i changed my fuel relay. it cost me about $45 in canada. and i was good to go.
