how do i replace the cruise control de activation switch on my 2001 miata mx5

if you talikng about the dash switch its easy should just pop out and disconnect the wire harness. If yor talking about the one built into the turn signal / wiper stalks then it a lot more involved. The airbag and steering wheel will need to be removed and there is a special process and tools required. If the unit is just not fuctioning then check the fuse for your cruise control.
