I am wanting to buy this 1998 Camaro but it has 131000 miles on it. Is that bad?if so, pls explain.

This can be a good or a bad thing. The car could have been in an accident, if you don't know what the signs are of this it could be possible. Another thing is how well the engine was taken care of. IE. oil changed on a regular schedule, fluids kept up, and other regular maintenance at usual service intervals. I have a chevy myself and it has almost 200k on it, still runs fine, i pull cars with it all the time.
