It won't effect the computer. It will change the airflow. Flappers and diffusers are designed to create turbulent flow for improved fuel dispersal.

I installed a throttle body spacer and now my idle speed stays at about 2,000 rpm. How do I adjust the idle speed down? I don't see any adjustments on the throttle body.
