the dashboard vents do not function properly how do I access these ports also the heater panel lights are out and need access as well thank you
When turning on the fan to use either AC which does not function properly, as the air flow does not blow properly thru the port holes of dash,in center left vent hole. As if the conection is not attached. Further the ilumination lighting for the heater/venting controls does not light. I have checked the fuses and they are in tact. The fact that you have lights out in the heater controls as well as AC problems, leads me to believe your heater control assembly is bad. You might have to take this to a dealer to have it properly diagnosed and repaired. It is most likely a computer/circuit problem inside the climate control head unit.
