my tailight keeps acting up after i changed it

i noticed my left turn signal was blinking fast so i decided to change the bulb. when i looked at the tailight the bulb showed no burn out signs the bulb looked normal. this has never happen to me befor what does this mean

If one bulb is flashing fast, then that bulb is obviously OK because it's working. , it's gotta be another bulb that's burnt out on that side of the car , try the front turn signal bulb, there might be more than one..

X2 on the front bulb burnt out

It may also be the turn signal repeater on the front fender that is burnt out. More than likely, it is a burnt out bulb, rather than a ground problem, knowing the Bosch electrical system.
