so i just hooked up a kenwood stereo on my 97 jetta everything is hooked up but it doesnt want to turn on theres no power what could be the problem

if its not coming on even with ignition turned on link together the red and yellow wires from the back of stereo, then attatch them both to the live (red) wire on car. Let me know how u get on
