why wont my front right turning signal get any power?

I've tested it with a test light and it is getting nothing but my rear right and all other signals work.

Confess, I've the same problem with my toyota truck and it's friggin' drivin' me nutzo- Just must be methodical about it tracking each wire to make sure nothing is shorted or open....buh, not today, it's cold outside.

bulb was burned. put the correct one in, and it's acting like there is no power. testing reveals nothing, got me checkin' my test equipment....just tired. It can wait, just usin the mini instead, no big deal, although the arm gets cold always using the arm signals-
