Think car is dead locked

Lost key got new one with alarm but the key
hole is broken put the key in and now can't
open the car at all..

Take the car to a car locksmith

Was the key programmed at the dealer? BMW keys are chipped, and need to be dealer programmed to work at all. What do you mean by "the key hole is broken?"
