Floor on front passenger side is all wet

My 1999 four door Blazer is getting and staying wet on the front passenger side.

Heater core is leaking needs to be replaced or you can try a cooling system stop leak like Alumi Seal.

Kelly maybe right first determine whether it is anti freeze or just water.
