What is the proper way to close and open a top on a clk Mercedes Benz?

I want to be sure step by step in operating
my convertible top properly. Include as much
info as possible I.e. Should the windows be
up, why do the windows go down when the
top is up when you continue to hold it
forward after you have latched it.

When you operate the switch for the top it will automatically switches the windows to go down and up. So do not worry.
