What mileage does a car have  if it states 1 mile on the listing

A 1999 MB C class would be a used car with more than one mile on the odometer. The seller probably put that number there because they did not know the exact mileage.

A CarFax report on the VIN should give you a more accurate reading for the entire car. This could be helpful if the engine has been changed or other evidence does not seem to match up.
