During a panic stop, slam on brakes fully, you will feel the brake pedal 'pulsate' ...if that is what you mean. Normal. That's how it works. But if you have to do this often ...slow down and not get in a situation where you have to panic stop in the first place. The ABS lights won't come on because they are not faulty
