Timing belt or fuel pump.

Since when do dodge trucks have timing belts? and how does a fuel pump cause no spark? That's beyond me, since you have replaced both sensors I would suspect pcm since that's what grounds the coils. Since you have a scanner handy did you check to see if the pcm is seeing rpm? do the coils have power to them all?

I have voltage to all coils scanner reads no rpm

well if the wires to the cam and crank sensors had a fault a code would be set and the sensors are new. So I would really lean towards a bad pcm. but I would ohm out the sensors wires from the pcm to the sensor to be sure you don't have a issue there.
