Are you having problem removing the key from the key slot? Try wiggling the steering wheel to release it. Is that what you mean by power switch? The ignition key?

If by power switch you mean an orange light on the dashboard, this refers to the transmission. On the console just to the left of the gear selector is a rocker switch marked N, AT, and P. When the switch is in the P position the transmission is in the power mode and operates as a 3 speed automatic; you will have faster acceleration but will forfeit fuel economy. The N position is the normal mode and the transmission functions as a 4 speed overdrive type. If you push the switch the N position the power light on the dashboard will go out.
