Hey guys I just bought a 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi. I am getting 9.0 mpg. I checked the air filter it's stock and clean.

I hope this isn't  normal I am reading that
people are getting  14 mpg in town I can
deal with that any suggestions?
