Well it reads as if you have a few separate problems simply occurring simultaneously. First with your stalling issue. I think this is a fuel issue. Try adding some octane boost or even =>70% isopropyl alcohol into your gas tank. I think some water or moisture got into it. While gas and water will separate, isopropyl and water will mix and then be allowed to burn up properly. I believe this is your stalling issue. As for the lights on your dash I am not sure exactly what lights you are referring to: headlight ability, backlighting of the dash, the display of the dash, or the ability to control lights from the dash. I read you tried to change a fuse. Fuses are either good or bad, so either you replaced a burnt out fuse and it went bad again, meaning something is shorting it out. Or you replaced a working fuse with another working fuse and nothing happened. I would need more information on the lights issue.
