How do the wires go on the back of the rear heater blower dash control switch?

if not a jack plug, just loose wires ,you will need to do some testing, a 12v hot ,a test light, one hanging from harness will be hot with key,on, the others will be speeds,to the blower, doubt any ground,test then mark with mask tape ,pencil then go to switch find hot in tab, the others will be speeds ,keep some fuses handy youll need them no doubt cant hurt nothing,
