my 91 F250 truck will not start up but if I shot quick start in it starts and it also wont move drive but if I put it 1 it moves alsogiving it gas motor starts popping howl can I fix the prmblems .

High mileage? It may have jumped time by a notch. Just a guess....the chain can stretch, it happened to me on my F250 @ 145,000 miles. HARD miles, abused actually, I went ahead and just put another engine in. I am NOT saying YOU need an engine. There are so many many more possibilities.

Either fuel starvation or a plugged Cat. The silent timing chains of that era use a nylon gear - they don't skip a couple of teeth - they sheer several off and the engine will not restart; much like a timing belt will lose several teeth and just sit and slip. Either your engine is starving for fuel or can't breathe.

Try replacing the MAP sensor. I had similar problems a few years ago my map sensor was bad.
