car won't fire and not getting gas

I putt a new fuel pump in a new fuel
filter and it still won't fire ??? HELP
PLEASE 2002 Chevy cavalier Ls.

Is vehicle cranking over and not starting or not cranking over at all ? Is there power going to the fuel pump ? If not check fuse if so check power going to the fuel injectors with a noid light.

It turns over but wont the car will not fire it turns over but
