Can not remove the headlight assmebly on 02 cavalier after splashguard and headlight bolts removed.

I followed the hanes manual however it just says remove the splash guard then remove the two bolds and reove the assembly to replace the bulb.  
I had the bolts off but the assembly won't detach.  I saw a comment on a site that there is a clip somewhere that still has to be released.  If you can give better details and pics would appreciate it.
