Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have 2003 sport trac, timing chain gave out at 70 mph on hwy (123000)
motor shot. Has 4.0L 6 cy,SHOC. Can I use a later year model engine to
replace it with, 2006 to 2010?

Thanks for all the help, HA, HA I thought this was a place to get some info from those in the know. I guess I was wrong!
