Flasher relay location

Where is the flasher relay located for a 1998 Econoline E-150? I've looked everywhere under the dash and can't find it. It doesn't seem to be in the fuse panel or the power box under the hood either.

look behind glove box,you will have to pull it down,when you open it you will see how to drop it down.
