you can also look on the door jam on the driver door there is a information plate there that will tell you too

It depends on the exact model Cavalier you have, check your operators manual. Reg sedans OEM was a 14", the LS or Z24 Sports models used a OEM 205/55-16. So check your model or use your VIN and plug it into the NAPA Blue book web site, it will tell you exactly what you have.
