It is all a personal taste. Get the car looked at by your mechanic first and he will give you a better understanding of the condition of the car. but 10 grand sounds  avg to high (in my area). If you like it and your mechanic says it is a good car, enjoy it

yes 10000$ is a great price here in my country an e320 costs 16000$
