Is it only on right turns but not on left turns? Try this. With the vehicle in gear and idling, foot on the brake, quickly turn the steering wheel fully in both directions. If it stalls I'd suspect the power steering pressure switch. This switch is designed to increase engine speed to prevent stalling when power steering fluid pressure is high. When these pressures are high it puts an additional load on the engine and may cause it to stall out. HTH. -Jim

can you tell me where the switch is located?

It's on the pressure power steering hose. It screws into the metal part of the hose assembly and has a two wire plug connected to it. HTH. -Jim
