How do you remove the rear door inside trim?

problem is probley the switch on driver door control panel,

There are some retainer clips holding the door panel to the door frame.  Gently prying those clips from the door should remove the door panel.  Be careful of some electrical connections that will need to be unplugged in order to completely disconnect the panel from the frame.
