Are there any computer "chips" made by anyone, that will improve the HP/Performance, of the 420SEL?

I want to Upgrade the stock Sus. components in mine also, including wheels, & High performance Non-stock parts--- whose the most reputable in Northern Calif???

i think you'd be EXTREMELY hard pressed to find anybody that makes a chip for a car that is as old as yours. If any site would have it, it would be autoanything.com. They are usually the best to find parts like that.
