My check engine light came on and i scanned it and showed a code saying IGF or GT ignition signal faulty, what does that mean and/or what should i do?

I would suggest getting the specific code number and calling a dealer service department -- they should be able to point you in the right direction based on previous failures of this type they have seen. It sounds like a problem with the ignition switch.
