i cleaned fuel injector sensor with AC DELCO spray then rpm sacale is high  where it is incresing without pressing fuel pedal!!!

Not sure what you mean by "fuel injector sensor," but it sounds as though you've messed the sensor up. If you're talking about the mass airflow sensor in the throttle body, this is not to be cleaned with conventional sprays, it will destroy the sensor if you do that.
