Know why headlights are dim on my Celica.

Asked by jenkstrojan Nov 16, 2011 at 11:06 PM about the 1990 Toyota Celica ST Coupe FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Headlights are dim. Pass. side a little brighter than driver's side.
Tried running separate ground wires to them, no luck.
These are the stowaway headlights.
Like the car, 247,000 miles and still gives me a loyal 37 mpg. city and highway.
Any help?
