IS the heater core clogged?

Just checked the heater hoses. Both are same temperature (too hot too hold very long)? Temperature gauge is normal no fluctuation. Coolant is not low nor leaking in the car from heater box

OK - you have heat in the core. There is a temperature door that allows cold air to bypass the heater core. It's usually controlled by an electric stepper motor for fine control. It sounds like yours is stuck open. Check fuses and switches.
