If I am understanding the question right. You are talking about the Camry 05, 06 inverted colored tail lights as a posed to the 02-04. Part of the Gen 5's refresh (05, 06) included the inverted colored tail-lights, chrome interior door handles, refreshed head lamps, and 5 speed automatic transmission. That being said if you see Camrys with red whit tail light it either not an 05 Camry or someone swapped the 05 tail lights out with the 02-04's. To my knowledge there was only the one version of stock taillights for the 05, 06.
