Can't hurt, but I'd stick with regular Castrol, you don't need to spend extra on the high mileage stuff. Just change your oil and fliter every 5-7500K and your engine will thank you.

ATF fluid.. i change every 40k miles and the tranny lasted 165k miles(Sf bayarea driving). some city areas of driving are harsh and speed up the wear/aging of the transmission too. this was on specified X-mission fluid, nothing fancy. i hear some people tend to change fluid and filter more frequently to extend the life. it is your call on maintenance.. as long as you do changes on or just a bit before the time to change fluid, servicing is good to extend the life.
