fuel smell after shutting off engine

appears centered near the short rubber fuel line that connects the longer sections of metal fuel line into the injectors...are these pressurized? can i just replace?

The line from the tank would be pressurized. You can replace them if they are leaking. They allow for the normal movement of the engine.
