same year should be no problem although some suspension parts may be different because i believe the gt had the 2.5 liter engine and the L had the 2.2 so some front end parts may vary slightly to accommodate larger engine

it should fit fine, there really is no difference suspension wise between the L trim and the GT trim aside from the GT suspension being "sportier" it's all a direct swap over, same shell, same chassis, same running gear, anything from a GT can be put in a L as you asked Jose.

and to be honest, if your looking to make your L trim sportier all of the Impreza WRX running gear/suspension can be swapped across, it's still an almost identical chassis.
