I have a 91 legacy 2.2 litre it runs rough when it idles

I replaced spark plugs and one injector in number 3 cyl. it has 120 psi compression.I checked current at injector plug with noid lite it pulses.check for vacuam leaks does not seem to have any.do u have any ideas
