my 03 pontiac grand prix se is shift hard i just replace the transmission filter and the fluid and it is still doing it. It seems like when the car has been running for about 5 minutes it starts doing it. When i changed the fluid there was a little grim and grit in the tranny pan and there was on a little bit of metal. After i put the new filter and tanny fluid in the next day all the fluid levels were still fine, what should i do?
