I have a 2002 pontiac grand pre. The security light is flashing and my car will not stay running. It will start to turn over but than dies.

If it stays started I get black smoke out of

We're having the same problem. Black smoke included. So far we were told it was the security system shutting down the fuel pump. $250 dollar dealer only part. This was not the problem, it continues to do this. Also when it does occasionally start; the engine will shut down while driving. Very dangerous with no power steering! Please let me know if you have had any luck, hopefully we can figure this out together. Thank you.
