how do i remove ignition cylinder without key

brother lost keys , how do you get ignition key cylinder out without a key

I would suggest larger and larger drills until you hit paydirt, but that is destructive and leaves sharp little shreds about~ the elegant solution is a professional lockpicker can press the release button on the side~
