Pretty sure the starter or the starter selenoid is drawing too much power from the battery....How do i tell which one?

take it to your nearest auto zone and do a load test

It would help if you said what made you think this was the problem, but yeah autozone is a good idea

Starter and solenoid on this car are replaced as a unit anymore...Replace both if one is bad.
