94 cutlass supreme idle issues

My cutlass supreme won't start without hitting the
gas, I can pump it then turn it on and it will start. It
will start sometimes fine and other times it wont.
Sometimes it will idle and sometimes it wont.
When I'm driving sometimes it acts like it isn't
getting gas. I've replaced the idle control valve, the
fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump relay, and fuel
filter. I haven't found any air leaks. Im stumped. I
have done everything I can think of besides change
the fuel pump. The check engine light is on but the
prong is broke to read the code. Please help
