Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It started this clicking sound and I could never figure out why it was clicking. Now that the clicking has stopped all that I'm getting is cold air.

It sounds like you have a blend door problem. There are "doors" in the duct work of the dash that distribute and adjust the air temperature of the air entering the passenger cabin. They are usually difficult for the average person to get to and replace. A mechanic with a Ford VCS Rotunda scan tool can diagnose what door is not operating properly and give you an estimate to repair it. You can go to a Ford forum and read how to remove and replace the part yourself, but trust me, its a frustrating job if your not experienced at it.
