HOW DO I JUMPER THE PRESSURE SWITCH TO ENGAGE THE COMPRESSOR
CLUTCH ON A 2005 LINCOLN TOWNCAR?  ANY ADVISE WOULD BE GREATLY
APPRECIATED.

There is a sensor that screws in to the ac hoses with 2 wires going to usually on the metal line on the passenger side it is a pressure switch jump those two wires to get her it will engage the compresser

Thank you very much for the response. Do I just jumper the (2) two pin connectors together from the switch like a u shaped paperclip??

Charge the A/C system..... that's why your compressor is not running properly to start with. Its off on low pressure safety. Start by using a manifold set and evacuating the system both sides Discharge and Suction. Using a electronic scale carefully weigh in the correct charge of 134A (charge specs Ibs - ozs. should be printed on a label over the radiator shroud)
