Headlight Lens Removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the headlight lens on my 2005 Lincoln Town Car? The wiring harness is brittle and I need to replce the wires. Since Lincoln doesn't offer a replacement harness, I would like to replace the wires myself instead of buying new headlights.

The lens is sealed on, you can remove the whole assembly by removing the two metal clips on eeach headlight.

The only problem I have with my 99 Town Car is the headlamps have condensation built up behind the lenses. Is that a quick fix to this problem or do I need to purchase OEM lamps?
