Town car seats with air bag

Does anyone know how to separate the seat back from the bottom on a 6 way power seat?  I know there is a bolt on one side and a rivet on the other.  What is the best way to get the rivet out? Once the rivet is out, what do you replace it with to install the seat back on another bottom cushion.  What extra precautions do you take, as the seat has a side impact air bag inside.
