what is the stock suspension system for a 2002 town car

My son and I are at odds about the stock suspension for a 2002 Lincoln Town Car. he says it  type of suspension is a coil over spring with air shocks ,I say air suspension with air bags.
So who's right ???? and yes I want to skunk the little know it all!!

Stock suspension is air bags type. There is a conversion kit out there.

The Town Car had air suspension stock? YIKES! No wonder I never liked the ride the few times I was in one! I thought they would be like the rest of the Panthers, and have double A-arm front with coil springs and normal shocks up front with trailing arms, coils and separate shocks in back. Getting rid of the optional air is easy as the spring perches are standard Panther, so the Crown Victoria springs and shocks drop right in.
