99 Lincoln pulls to right even after alignment and full checkout

I have a 99 Towncar, 80,000 miles. When I bought it, the front tires were worn on the left side, both of them. I had the care alighed twice. I watched them, saw the specs, watched the machine as they did the alignment. I believe the alighment is OK. They checked the balljoints and other things under the car, and nothing seems to be loose or worn.
The car still pulls the right, and it's driving me crazy.
What now?

DId you keep the same worn tires on the car or did you put new ones on? If the cars alignment is fine, and your tires are worn to a different alignment, you will have issues as you described. If you didn't put new ones on, I'm surprised the shop wouldn't have suggested swapping them out.
