I found the ABS Module
And this. ....click to enlarge... its a schematic of the ABS system of a '96 Town Car, no reference to a pump. The ABS releases pressure, when wheel speed sensors detect a locked up wheel to prevent a skid and stop your car in a shorter distance than a full skid,
